Read too Fast, Moral not Drawn Out, June 10, 2009

It seems to me that these stories should be read at a much slower pace, especially in light of the fact that the audience is likely to be younger listeners. Also, the moral of the story, I believe, should be preceded by "And the moral of the story is ... " rather than read as an afterthought to the story. The moral isn't drawn out the way it should be and that's the crux of the story in my opinion.

How about text?, June 20, 2008

It would be great if the audio of the podcast was coupled with the visual of the text being presented. This might help the struggling reader in bridging the gap between being a passive listener or an active independent, out-loud reader.
